Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our address provided at the time of your return request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift Cards Terms & Conditions:-
At Bitshop, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made through our website are subject to the following Refund & Return Policy.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Product Nature
We provide digital gift cards and electronically deliver the corresponding gift card codes to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Because digital gift card codes are intangible products that are delivered instantly and cannot be recovered once accessed, all sales are final.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Once a digital gift card code has been successfully delivered to the customer’s email address, the order shall be deemed fulfilled and completed.
Accordingly:
- We do not accept returns of digital gift cards;
- We do not provide exchanges for delivered gift card codes; and
- We do not allow cancellations after successful delivery.
3. No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase;
- The customer purchased the wrong product, denomination, or region;
- The customer no longer requires the gift card;
- The customer provides an incorrect email address during checkout; or
- The customer fails to redeem or use the gift card before any applicable expiration period.
All customers are advised to carefully review their order details before completing payment.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate billing and contact information;
- Entering the correct recipient email address;
- Reviewing product details, restrictions, compatibility, and regional limitations prior to purchase; and
- Securing the delivered gift card code after receipt.
Bitshop shall not be held liable for losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the customer or unauthorized access to the customer’s email account.
5. Invalid or Non-Delivered Codes
In the event a customer receives a gift card code that is demonstrably invalid or if the code was not delivered due to a verified technical issue caused solely by our system, the customer must contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
Upon verification of the issue, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the gift card code; or
- Issue a refund where replacement is not possible.
We reserve the right to require proof of purchase, transaction details, screenshots, and any additional verification necessary to investigate the claim.
6. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and abuse, we reserve the right to:
- Delay processing of any order for verification purposes;
- Request identity or payment verification documents;
- Cancel suspicious transactions; and
- Refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
If an order is cancelled by us before delivery, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes relating to successfully delivered digital goods may result in:
- Permanent account suspension;
- Blacklisting from future purchases; and/or
- Submission of evidence to payment processors or relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any digital gift card purchased through our platform.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
